Remove the cover from the pillow
If washing the insert, hand wash only
Pre-treat any stains with a soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water
Machine wash, max 104°F, normal cycle
Tumble dry low
Do not bleach or dry-clean
Steam or dry iron, low hear only
Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together

The insert is vacuum-packed separately from the cover. If you’re giving this as a gift, try to put the cover on and fluff it up beforehand if possible.
