Shipping policy

Our shipping policy covers:

  • Order processing times
  • Product creation times
  • Shipping times, including things that can increase them
  • Shipping costs for receiving your items
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
  • What to do if your product never arrives

Please note:

  • During busy seasonal times like Black Friday and the December holidays, order processing times, product creation times, and shipping times can take longer than usual. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your items in time if orders are placed at the last minute.
  • It’s more than just about shipping times. Since our items are all made-to-order, we are also at the mercy of our providers and their schedules.
  • Please, especially during these busy times, make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to place your orders to assure that items and gifts get to you in time. We cannot be held responsible if your orders arrive late because of last-minute order placement. Unfortunately, there are no “rush jobs” when dealing with made-to-order.
  • We will do everything we can to get your items to you, but if you provide us with an incorrect or undeliverable address we cannot be held responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders can take 1-2 business days to process, and up to 5 days during busy holiday seasons. This does not include the time it takes to actually create the product.

 

PRODUCT CREATION TIME

  • All of our products are made “on demand.” That means the process of printing your desired graphic onto the product you choose only begins once you place your order and make your payment.
  • This creation time can be from one up to a few days. This time will likely increase during busy holiday seasons.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

  • All our items are shipped from with the United States, which helps keep shipping time down. Shipping usually takes about 3 to 5 business days, and could take longer during busy holiday seasons. Please consider holiday shipping time increases when deciding when to place your order. Earlier is always better.

  • Standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping on orders $50 and over (before tax) — use code FREESHIPPING at checkout.
